We decided to check out Jurassic Forest located just outside of Gibbons Alberta, a short drive North from the City of Edmonton. What a fun place to take the family for a couple of hours and explore the Old Growth forest with Prehistoric Animatronic Dinosaurs hidden throughout. We pre booked our timeslot on there website as required for limited capacity during Covid. We lucked out and got the first timeslot of the day and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Coal Lake Alberta is a beautiful lake to visit with the family for fishing, boating, paddling or hiking and is located approximately 60 km south of Edmonton Alberta.
