Viewing the Aurora Borealis | Alberta Canada
Aurora Borealis also known as the Northern Lights is Earths Natural Lights display that is a rare treat to see usually in the Northerly Latitudes. Now I could sit here and give you the scientific explanation of why they occur but I'm not going to do that; there's Wikipedia for that. Miquelon Lake Provincial Park | Hike Alberta
Miquelon Lake Provincial Park is located approximately 60 km East of Edmonton Alberta and features 20 km of hiking trails. 3.7 km are paved trails around the campground and shoreline. The rest of the park is considered backcountry trails consisting of dirt grass and some low lying muddy sections. The park has a full service campground, day use area with playground and a small shallow lake. Note that the lake is not swimmable and only allows for paddle friendly watercraft. Fultonvale Elementary School | Playground
This epic playground with Super Slides is located at 52029 Range Rd 224, Sherwood Park, AB. The school has the super slide playground and some other playground equipment making this great for all ages. Around the corner on the east side of the school is another playground with more climbing equipment, A few swings and smaller slides. This would be a great little park to play the floor is lava with the older ones! Both parks have sand bottoms but the park with the Big slides also has a rubber bottom section as well with a few swings and a few spinners....
St. Luke School Playground Cooking Lake
St. Luke School is located in South Cooking Lake and it has a fantastic park located behind the school with lots of field space to enjoy a sunny afternoon. The school is located 22139 S Cooking Lake road, Sherwood Park. The park has a large tower with a tube slide and viewing windows. It also has a few smaller slides and some climbing structures with natural looking logs in the large sandbox.
