Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe

One of our favorite ways to use our rhubarb is making pie. Nothing beats homemade warm pie fresh from the oven with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream. We usually get a harvest of rhubarb in June and again early August and depending on the year I can sometimes get a fall harvest as well. Hard Luck Canyon is a must see if you are in the Whitecourt area. Hard Luck Canyon is a waterfall fed by a beaver pond when it overflows so it is best to view in spring or after a lot of rain.
